Emotional intelligence, also called EQ, is the ability to be aware of and to manage emotions and relationships. Emotional intelligence training online is a pivotal factor in personal and professional success. IQ will get you in the door, but it is your EQ, your ability to connect with others and manage the emotions of yourself and others, that will determine how successful you are in life.

EQ (or emotional intelligence) is what makes the difference between a qualified professional and a standout candidate for life-long career success. By mastering the art of managing your own emotions and relationships, you will benefit from the ability to both influence and appeal to others on a deeper level. Qualifications and experience may be beneficial, but count for nothing if you do not have the EQ to succeed in today’s competitive business world.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
