Examines the human response to stress, common causes of stress and how to take decisive control over stress with a series of helpful relaxation exercises and techniques.
Unit 18 - Starting and Running the Business
An introductory guide to the process of starting and running a successful event planning business, from writing a business plan through to funding, marketing and attracting an audience.
