Unit 15 - Communication Strategies

Discusses the various internal and external communication requirements of an event planning project, outlining the most important components of a strong communication strategy.

Unit 16 - Time Management

Time management activities and exercises are presented in Unit 16, along with how to establish realistic objectives using the SPIRIT goal-setting methodology.

Unit 17 - Stress Management

Examines the human response to stress, common causes of stress and how to take decisive control over stress with a series of helpful relaxation exercises and techniques.

Unit 18 - Starting and Running the Business

An introductory guide to the process of starting and running a successful event planning business, from writing a business plan through to funding, marketing and attracting an audience.
