This introductory distance learning hospitality management course has been designed for newcomers to hospitality, with no prior knowledge or experience required.  Course content is delivered across two insightful modules as follows:

Hotel Management: Introduction

The course begins with a detailed introduction to contemporary hotel operations, incorporating the functions and responsibilities of essential management personnel.  Candidates explore typical hotel organisational structures and the objectives of hospitality operations.

Professional Management of Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Operations

Course module two outlines the primary functions of several additional hotel departments, including maintenance, security and housekeeping.  Candidates learn how to build, motivate and optimise talented teams for the benefit of the business.
